Highlights of the tour include Carlo's City Hall Bake Shop, home of the 'Cake Boss', the hit series seen weekly on TLC. One of Hoboken's wholesale Italian bread bakeries will be featured as well as two makers of hand made, fresh mozzarella cheese. Tours will depart every Saturday afternoon from the Hoboken PATH station. The tour is about 3.5 hours in length and the cost includes all food samples.
