The Midsummer
Classic comes to Queens, as the NY Mets host the Major
League Baseball All-Star Game at Citi Field. The game is
just one part of what MLB calls "All-Star Summer," a series
of events July 12–16, including the T-Mobile MLB All-Star
FanFest at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center; Taco Bell
All-Star Sunday, featuring the SiriusXM All-Star Futures
Game and the Taco Bell All-Star Legends & Celebrity Softball
Game; the All-Star Game Charity 5K & Fun Run; and Gatorade
All-Star Workout Day, featuring the Home Run Derby, the

The United States Open Tennis Championships is a hard court
tennis tournament which is the modern iteration of one of
the oldest tennis championships in the world, the U.S.
National Championship, first contested in 1881. Since 1987,
the US Open has been chronologically the fourth and final
tennis major comprising the Grand Slam each year; the other
three are the Australian Open, French Open and Wimbledon.

Morning America Summer Concert Line Up

the Rumsey Playfield in Central Park, where music’s biggest
